We are handmade and committed to conveying important emotional feelings at all times. Although we know that flowers are a perishable, natural product, we make enriched floral products to ensure the quality, accuracy and beauty of our work.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact us and we will take appropriate action immediately. Specific Information: We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, but usually we are able to deliver within four hours of your order. You can request a timeframe or special instructions in the box when placing your order and I will do my best to respond to your request. We strongly advise against applying for special instructions in places where the recipient cannot accept their own regulations.

We will do everything to preserve the look and feel of your arrangements, taking into account the colour, texture and texture of the flowers, as well as the size and shape of each flower. If you order yellow daisies, you can replace them with any coloured daisies, but not yellow flowers. White Roses or cream Roses can be replaced by white Roses, or any other kind of Roses. No attempt will be made to determine your plant type, and we will not make any attempts to replace colour.

We welcome your comments and requests as we are constantly looking for ways to bring these variables under control to improve our floral performance. If necessary, we will be able to provide you with equivalent or higher compensation.
