Have had good service from them and really appreciate dealing with a small shop in this era of big box stores. Friendly and helpful, have answered tech questions gratis and paid reasonably for repairs.

We're a small web development company on the northside with 8 macs (from mini to G5). Lapin made our last office-wide upgrade (to Tiger) flawless. They're nice guys and know their stuff.
